Asian Green – Hon Tsai Tai

Description

This quick growing, purple stemmed mild mustard green,is  great in salads when young, or as a leafy green when it is older. When coming in to bud, harvest the flowering stems like broccolini while still tender enough to snap off. In Bendigo we grow this through the cooler months.
